It's a very usefull tool when you need to track changes, made to the file system during execution of some programm.
This idea is used by uninstaller to try to eliminate completely every sign of the programm you instaled.
In this way to uninstall the programm with tis tool you need first to install it with it. But the programm is not responsinble for consequences of uninstalling.
So you do it at your own risk, that is why it is not a good idea to uninstall some programm with this tool if you are not happened to be it's developer
